We want to be upfront about how your order gets to you.

Order Fulfilment

Orders placed with us are fulfilled through our supply and manufacturing partners. Depending on the product, your order may ship directly from one of these partners rather than from a single central warehouse, and items from different products in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Options

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. An Express shipping option is also available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery typically takes an average of 6 to 10 days from the time your order is placed, though this can vary by product and destination. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Occasional delays can happen due to carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your order, we'll send it to you once it has been provided by the carrier or fulfilment partner.

International Fulfilment

Some orders are fulfilled internationally through our supply partners. This means delivery times, and in some cases packaging, may differ depending on where your item ships from.

If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

If your order appears delayed, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you can't locate the package, contact us at t1roomvale@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
