How We Source Our Pieces

At ROOM VALE, we curate rather than manufacture. We work with a small number of established manufacturing and supply partners, including partners based in China, to bring you home decor and lighting pieces that fit our style and meet our standards for design and quality.

We're not a factory, and we don't claim to be. Being upfront about that is part of how we want to do business. We choose the products we carry carefully, based on design, materials, and how they hold up, rather than simply listing whatever is available. Some of the products we sell are fulfilled directly by our supply partners rather than shipped from a single warehouse of our own.

Product specifications on this site are based on information provided by the relevant supplier or manufacturer, and we check listings against that information before publishing, where practical. Our focus is on product selection, honest presentation, and a straightforward customer experience, not on manufacturing everything ourselves.

We aim to be clear about what you're buying: honest specifications, realistic delivery estimates, straightforward return information, and pricing that reflects the actual product, not inflated markups or fake discounts.
